Fit Coach AI ("the service") is operated by iheb barhoumi, an individual based in Saudi Arabia ("we", "us"). By using the service you contract with iheb barhoumi. By continuing to use the service you agree to these terms.

The service

Fit Coach AI provides AI-generated workout plans, an exercise library with tutorial links, and an optional on-device camera form coach with a spoken coach avatar.

Health and safety

• The service is not medical advice and does not diagnose or treat any condition.
• Stop exercising immediately if you feel pain, dizziness or unusual fatigue, and consult a qualified professional.
• Camera feedback is an estimate and may be wrong. You are responsible for your own technique and safety.
• AI-generated plans and outputs may be inaccurate and are not a substitute for professional advice.

Your account

Keep your login details confidential; you are responsible for activity under your account. Provide accurate information. You must be old enough to form a binding contract, or have a guardian's permission.

Acceptable use

You must not: use the service unlawfully; commit fraud or send spam; infringe intellectual property; interfere with security (malware, probing, scraping); reverse engineer, resell or redistribute the service; or try to bypass membership limits.

Membership and payment

Access requires a paid membership after a 7-day free trial that requires a payment method, billed monthly or yearly. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax, cancellation and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms. If you cancel, you keep access until the end of the period you paid for.

Intellectual property

We own the service, its software, content and branding. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use it under your plan. Exercise videos belong to their respective creators on YouTube.

Availability

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. The service is provided "as is", and to the extent permitted by law we disclaim implied warranties.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the previous 12 months, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or end access for material breach, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious violations of these terms. You may stop using the service at any time and delete your history in the app.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
