Camera and video

Camera video is analysed on your device only. It is never uploaded, recorded or stored. Only short text summaries of your workout feedback are saved.

Data we collect and why

• Account: email, name and login method — to create and secure your account (contract).
• Assessment: goals, experience, equipment, schedule, optional age, injuries, preferences — to personalise your plans (contract; health-related details only with your consent).
• Plans and workout history: generated plans, session logs and text summaries — to provide the service and show your progress (contract).
• Technical data: IP address, device and usage data — for security and improving the service (legitimate interests).
• Support messages — to help you (legitimate interests).

Who we share data with

• Hosting and database providers, and AI model providers that generate your plans (your assessment answers are sent to produce a plan).
• Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record, for payments, subscriptions, tax and invoicing.
• Professional advisers, and authorities where required by law.

International transfers

Our providers may process data outside your country. We rely on appropriate safeguards such as contractual protections.

Retention

We keep data while your account is active. You can delete workout summaries or your full history in the app, and ask us to delete your account; data is then deleted or anonymised unless the law requires us to keep it.

Your rights

Under Saudi Arabia's Personal Data Protection Law (and GDPR where it applies) you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, objection, and withdraw consent at any time, and complain to your data protection authority. We respond within one month.

Security

We use technical and organisational measures including encryption in transit and access controls.

Cookies and local storage

We use only essential storage: sign-in session, language, and your avatar and accessibility preferences. We do not use marketing cookies.
